We build, restore and repair traditional Mallorcan buildings using materials and techniques sympathetic to the original construction. Locally-sourced lime for bespoke mortars, local quarry stone, marès sandstone, traditional aggregates and finishes are selected and worked to belong to the building rather than stand apart from it.Good restoration should settle quietly into what is already there. Wherever possible, we preserve original material, reproduce existing textures and accept the irregularities that give your building its distinct character.The best repair is often the one you do not notice.
